Refund Policy

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it. This page explains which items can be returned, how to start a return, and how refunds are paid. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
- RequestEmail us before sending anything back.
- ApprovalIf your return is accepted, we send you an invoice for collection.
- InspectionWe check the item and tell you whether the refund is approved.
- RefundApproved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return
To start a return, contact us at info@fumba.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an invoice for collection.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can look into it and make it right.
Items that can’t be returned
Some types of items can’t be returned:
- Perishable goodsFood, flowers and plants
- Custom productsSpecial orders and personalised items
- Personal care goodsBeauty and hygiene products
- Hazardous materialsFlammable liquids and gases
- Sale itemsDiscounted or clearance products
- Gift cardsIncluding unused balances

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Your bank, card provider or mobile money provider may take some time to process and post the refund.
